  • What is the JDC return policy?

    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email helena@jdcellars.com.au within 3 days of original invoice receipt and we will credit or exchange. If the product is flawed/corked then please let us know as soon as possible - we will resolve the issue with your best interest in mind. Flawed product does not mean "I don't like it."

    Can I return a faulty wine?

    For older wines - while we do everything in our power to ensure your product is of the finest stock available anywhere in the world, WINE PURCHASED THAT IS OLDER THAN 10 YEARS IS NOT GUARANTEED IN ANY WAY.
